As per ASME B 31.3 ,clause 345 "Prior to initial operation, and after completion of the applicable examinations required by para. 341, each piping system shall be tested to ensure tightness. The test
shall be a hydrostatic leak test in accordance with para. 345.4 except as provided herein."Here clause 341 calls for NDT and Visual examination.Hope its clear now that hydrotest shall be after NDT but if client accepts than sequence can be reversed. Thanks and regardsAtul Khatri--On Sat, May 9, 2020 at 11:07 AM 'SENTHILKUMAR SWAMINATHAN' via Materials & Welding <materials-welding@googlegroups.com> wrote:Yes, you can do. provided your graphs should have within limited indications as per acceptance table. In case any one weld goes repair hydro test shall be done.--Regards,S.SENTHILKUMAR
