Hi,

To understand in whole for the preparation of WQTR, you check some of the forms in ANNEX M, which has WQTR forms, which will give you an understanding and preparation of WQTR forms.

If you read 4.18, it directs to 4.8 and your case shall be contemplated as per 4.8.3.

Please check below for how base metal range has qualified for welder.
