[MW:28739] Clarity between Project specification & Data sheet

Dear sir,

Please advice in following subject.

For painting, I have paint data sheet saying 80 % shall follow humidity while project specification says 85 % shall follows.

Which document shall be refer for Humidity either paint data sheet or project specification.
