[MW:28818] Material Testing queries.

Dear sir,

I needed advice,  along with Reference code for EIL specs Jobs.

a) I received plate from X mill, While verifying MTC it has been observed that 1 tensile test has been provided, While code requirements of 2 tensile test. 

How we can proceed for MTC approval with check test? ( either 1 additional test of Tensile or 2 tensile ) 

B) I received plate from X mill, While verifying MTC it has been observed that for 310S, content of MO missing in MTC as per code has requirement of MO . 

How we can validate to proceed for MTC approval with check test ?( either 1 chemical content of MO / full content chemical analysis / Both tensile  Chemical)  

Please Advice.
