[MW:28713] Seam to Seam distance of welding Joint in Intermediate Pigging Station of Cross Country Pipeline.

Dear all,

Can anyone confirm the minimum distance between two longitudinal seams should be maintained in joint welding? 

Refer below details in my case:

Pipe:API 5L X70 24" X 14.3 mm

As per asme b31.3 & asme sec VIII.
