Q-1.. Single sided fillet weld is allowed for micro examination test for PQR testing ? if in drawing double fillet is given ?

Q-2.. In macro examination beyond the root incomplete penetration and fusion is allowed ?
Reply: Visual or NDE fail dont go MACRO.
Q-3... Notch toughness  is also consider for fillet weld ?
Reply: QW-451.4 is identical to what stated in QW-170.
