Pl share minimum info like  PQR thickness, deposited Weld Metal thickness for each process in order to respond to your doubt.

What your WPS shows is the Base metal thickness range qualified, NOT individual process WM thickness range.

See if wps showing separately as per what has been written for each process in wps and the same applies you should follow the same.

If the case  your pqr has been qualified as per qw-452.1(b) and you want to go beyond that then you should rewrite your wps accordingly if your pqr qualifications for smaw has been recorded with  3 layers over with 13mm.
