According to your example given below,
When we consider the width of the indication, then you have to reject since it exceeds 1.6mm.and I believe you no need to worry about length.

Dears experts\
there is acceptance  for ISI & ESI  RT  1104  my question  is  in case one of these conditions is found  for example
when i  have done interpretation I found indication ESI has width   2mm  and length 9mm  this indication rejected because it exceed 1.6mm   or not because  it should be has length more then 2" to rejected .
