If pneumatic testing was cancelled then the client must sign a concession and it should then be supplemented with RT 100% not PT.

We have oil piping service line (small bore). According designers we should perform Pneumatic test @ 175 bars but for Safety matters Pneumatic test is cancelled and client agreed to perform full PT (All socket welds connections).
