Hi Ali,
 
As the impact temp is -40 deg C, its 50-50 chances are there, where as if you use E 7016 G in place of E 7018-1, definitely you will get the required values.
Let us know the outcome.

OTHER passes deposited with 7018-1(WITH IMPORTANT ELEMENTS:C=.08,MN=1.42,NI=.02,NB=.01,V=.01,CU=.05)with different dia:3.2,4,5
does any body have recommendation to get enough toughness(36 kj) in this temp?
