[MW:4307] SSCC test for Welding in sour application.

We have carried out a SSCC test on the welding of API 5l Gr 60 pipe as per NACE TM 177 and ASTM G 36.
As per the lab test report which I have not physically verified out of 12 specimens one has failed.
As per the client spec requirement there shall be no cracks after 720 hrs. What is the normal acceptance criteria for this test as per code.I dont hav access to both the mentioned codes.
And also if a retest is allowed.Our major problem is already we hav welded using this WPS.

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
