If the company used different brands of wire in a single test coupon,  then it can be considered as a change of variables like process, filler wire etc, as per QW-202.2(b).  In this case, the deposited weld metal thickness for each brand of wire shall be noted and the range of values arrived at using the table QW-451.1

We can make separate PQR with each brand and can combine those PQR in a single WPS. But welding a single coupon using different SAW fire /flux combination is not yet experienced before. Could you please shed some light on this scenario ?
