Update pls. Plate has tobe welded on beam.With  530 N load approx.

We had issue that load carrying members having 30 mm gap when fit up, Which is pressure carrying parts in structure. ( wrong cutting of 25 mm plate )

We cannot able to replace , As its time consuming to reduce root gap. Please tell how i can weld the job to ensure minimum load carrying capacity of member..
