Fwd: [MW:23225] Heating /cooling rate in PWHT

B-31.1 PARA 132.5 it is mentioned PWHT Heating & Cooling requirement.

Above 600F( 315 degree centrigrade ), the rate of heating & cooling shall not exceed 600 degree Fahrenheit/Hr ( 315 degree centrigrade/hour) divided by one half the maximum thickness of material in inchat weld, but in no case shall the rate exceed 600 degree fahrenheit/hr ( 325 degrre centrigrade/hour )

My question is how i will calculate, if in case 36mm thickness in carbon steel as well as 36 mm thickness in P-91 material
