The only issue in your case is to match the PWHT temperatures

P22 is a P-No 5A material, so the temperature range is 700 to 760 degC
P91 is a P-No 15E material, so the temperature range is 730 to 775 degC.
So you have to implement a strict control of the PWHT in order not to be lower than 730 and not higher than 760 deg C

Hi rushabh,

There is no need of buttering with inconel182. U can use directly B3 for welding of this combination. If u refer PW 39 of section I, u can see notes given below in that table for this combination with B3 electrode min PWHT temp is 705.
