[MW:23281] Tube to tubesheet welding

Dear Experts,

I need to do tube to tubesheet mock up test, as per qw-193 the thickness of the tubesheet in the mockup test assembly shall be at least as thick as the production tubesheet, except it is not required to be thicker than 2 in. (50 mm),

Existing Design:
Tubesheet thickness is 85mm
Joint Detail: Double groove + expansion and groove with seal welding
Expansion area: full length leaving 3.2mm from back side.

Based on above said point tubesheet exceed 50mm thk there is no need to same as production coupon, so if i am taking 50mm thickness leaving 3.2mm from backside and remaining area expansion + welding it's correct way(expansion area is 47mm),but actual existing expansion area is 82mm, so I have to take 85mm to mock up test instead of 50mm or go with 50mm thickness with 47mm only expansion area which one is correct?
I attached 2d drawing of tube to tubesheet joint detail, Kindly clarify my doubt.
