Re: [MW:20872] Duplex Casting CD4MCuN PQR qualification

Dear Brajendra:

What are your project requirements...?
What is your application and service requirements...?
What is your joint design configuration...?
What are qualification tests and acceptance criteria...?

Generally, if you have a fillet weld to qualify or T-joint configuration (groove weld + reinforcing fillet) then 2509 may be your choice. Cu addition in base metal will make it difficult to match mechanical properties with 2509 filler but if your joint is fillet weld, you may be successful with 2509. Zeron 100 filler metals will give you better results though.

But all depends on the above questions.
Please give us more details about the job.
