[MW:20847] CS to CS welding (With No Inside access for weld over lay)

Dear Friends,

Design Code : ASME Sec VIII-Div II
Wet H2S Service
Design Temp.: 105/150℃
CS Shell + 304L Clading (100 + 4.5 mm)

Bottom nozzle of CS 6" 304L-clad pipe is be joined in @ 3 pieces as inside weld over lay / clad restoration is not possible at closing area with available mfg. facility.

Sequence of welding is specified in attachment, so, could you advise, whether this type of welding practice can be acceptable with specified consumable and joint design.
This Welding practice is suggested to avoid exposure of 309L to sour climate.

Would like to have technical input on above joint welding of CS to CS under PWHT (@ 5 Hrs Holding).

Regds/Jignesh
