If this application is not for "Low Temperature"(impact test called for in the project/or design specification) then this acceptance could be provided on selective basis. Or else NOT.
 
Please look through the extracts from Sec-IX.
 
I do not want to be prejudiced, but the issue is if you read the code between the lines( if required few times), then the correct meaning/interpretation of the applicable clauses would be clear.

Thk 1.5 to 11

Can i change/revised to WPS P1G1 to P1G1
For A106 grB with ER 70S2.
without PQR qualification.
Since both P n F number not.changed.
