RE: [MW:20855] SS material is Corroded

Be careful when using buffing or wheel which may spread out iron or rust  and cause rust again.

Previously , we had used a chemical to remove iron out from stainless steel surface.

Surface cleaning and passivization with nitric aid will improve the situation.

Hi brother,

you can remove the corrosion by ss buffing wheel.check after 1week , still
the same corrision occurs means , you cut 25mm either side of  the pipe and
remove the weld joint metal.

do fitup and reweld .
