As per your question option (a) All the 'ASME' materials can be 'ASTM' material can be write answer. Because all ASME material requires additional requirements than ASTM.

Hi,  You are correct, Minimum refers to the one cycle for which this part will expose until final work shop PWHT. hence mill test certificate shall include this.  Max.
