Please refer IX QW 200.2 (f) for the answer.If your PQR covers the range of thickness to be welded on the production weld, then this combination of PQR can be used.Also refer QW452 for additional information.

PQR 2: SMAW ::::::: 10 mm thk coupon

Material: SA 516 Gr 60 to SA 516 Gr 70.

Thickness range: 10 to 20 mm.

Test temp: -51 deg C.
