[MW:20698] Russian air start bottles

Good day gentlemen

I recently did an in-service statutory inspection on air start bottles (receivers ) on board a Russian fishing vessel. These vessels were manufactured during 1989-1990 in Russia. My question is, what would the Russian pressure vessel code of manufacture have been? The markings on the vessel “neck” flange is in the Russian language and makes no sense.

Please share your thoughts.

Best regards.
