Mr. Pandit,

Unless you indicate details like, 
Material used, its thickness, plate / pipe, position of welding, whether it is a groove butt (or) fillet,
pressure / flow / structural etc., it will be difficult to help.

Dear sir,
 
You are going to weld on CS or SS, Generally interpass temp is approx 190 c but again based on group of material.
Regarding about welding parameters you can refer an welding supplier cartoon & documents  for setting electrical parameter ,generally vary in root pass ,hot pass & Capping. Also based on the travel speed.
 
Heat input = v*I/ travel speed.
