    AS per code if u refer TWI-3.2 swnior welding inspector
 
UCT= Annealing ,Normalising And Hardening
Normally heating 50 degree beyond its A3 or Upeer Critical Temperature then soaked for 1 hour for every 25 mm of thickenss..
 
LCT= Tempering,Stress Relieving and Pre-heating...
 The temperature between 200 degree to 650 degree..
