[MW:16646] Bolts grade differences

Dear All,

In our project for storage tanks (API 650), contractor has supplied
bolts/nuts of A 307 grade where as spec. calls for A 193/194. Even
both are acceptable by 650, but A 193 being the superior quality, how
this can be affected the general quality especially in the long run of
the tanks?. Kindly share your views.
