Dear Hemant In your case It is of Tube sheet to shell joint (as per your sketch) Please refer QW 202.4 of ASME sec IX which is self explainatory and you can qualify PQR accordingly ( In your case it is P43 to P8 Regards Hegde P.B.

Dear Sir, We going to tube to tube sheet joint with as below given material, our tube to joint is groove fillet weld as shown in sketch. I have to qualify WPS for SB 575 to 316L. we have only SB 575 50mm thick tube sheet material. And 316L plate. Can I qualify WPS with fillet weld? Or can I used 316L plate with ERNiCrMo4 cladding and 316L plate for plate to plate qualification. Pls reply. TUBE SHEET- ASTM SB 575, UNS N10276 SHELL-SA 312 TP 316L
