Dear Pradip, I'm afraid to mention that the clarification sought is about base material supplied condition; not about PWHT. Even though PWHT is also a heat treatment, the questioner wants to know the information 'before' welding. As the said clause QW-407 deals with only PWHT, it is irrelevant to the subject.
Dear Vincer, please correct me If I'm wrong.

Hi Vincer Michael, Please look at QW-407.1, (a)-1 to (a) 5 and (b) 1 to (b) 2 for further explanation. Each heat treatment condition is mandatory, hence a change of any heat treatment say NR to NR+SR would call for anew procedure qualification. Thanks. Dear Experts I need some clarification from base metal heat treated condition (NR+SR to NR) or (SR +NR) is there in WPS, Why this required and where it's written applicable essential variable In pipe existing pipe was SR condition and the new one N condition, hear also this case applicable are not Please Give me some code reference for review…. -- Thanks With Best Regards,
