Since ER70S-2 & ER70S-3, both has got same A no (A1)
& same AWS classification (A5.18).
So chemical composition & mechanical properties
are same.Later one is more stringent than the
first one in case of MDMT.
Hence you can use any of them without changing
the procedure.
