Re: [MW:5176] Comparision statement of DNV grade "A" and IS 2062 grade "B".

Dear Sir,
 
For your information, there are some aspects to the DNV grade A , you should be aware of;
1) The steel work from which the steel comes should be certified by DNV
2) The steel manufacturer shall be recognized for producing Grade A by DNV.
3) In the type approval process the impact value is normally tested, so that the impact value is garanted, without it being necessary to test it on each batch.

I want to know what is the different/comparision statement of DNV grade "A" and IS 2062 grade "B" steel plate for chemical and physical properties.
