[MW:0] SS to Carbon Steel As per AWS D1.1

Dear all,
 
Is it possible to prepare PQR for CS to SS welding as per AWS D1.1 ?
 
Or is it possible to club AWS D1.1 to D1.6 for this combination of materials?
