If is not mandatory (hardness value), you need to specify while ordering as per the contract requirement (for e.g. if any corrosive service, like NACE), Pl. refer attached Dillinger catalogue, hardness <=22HRC can be met, but hardness is not measured on the product.

Dear all Can anyone inform me when we want to find a European steel where we should refer? For example I want to find the harness value for P275NL2 & P355NL2 . But in the material standard (EN10028-3) not mentioned any things in this regards. Also If anybody know about any equation between harness & any other mechanical properties of steels.
