THK; 40 mm
Process; GTAW
Filer metal; ER5183
Shielding gas; Argon
Preheat Temp; 70°C/Interpass Temp; 100°C
but all four bend samples rejected due to facture, meanwhile the tensile result is less than acceptable criteria.
would you please advise me in regards to the reason for this failure.
