[MW:28909] Acceptance criteria for tensile test for WPS qualification

Dear Experts,

Kindly share, if there is any code case interpretations or similar explanation in any of the international codes for the following issue.

Acceptance criteria for tensile test for WPS qualification.

If the specimen fails at weld metal (for ex. Exactly at weld centre) with higher tensile strength than base metal, what is the interpretation?
