Both grades are P No 1, Gr 2, according to ASME Sec-IX. However SAES-W-012 imposes the following restriction, which is more binding. In that case PQR needs to be qualified/requalified on API 5L X60 . Hope this answer would clarify your doubt.
Thanks.

Subject: PQR Query
Dear Sir,
Can you suggest on PQR qualification.
I am having Forging of SA 350 LF 2 grade in pipe shape and my production joint material is API 5L X60.
Now can i qualify PQR with avilable material for production joint. Is there any restrictions as per SAES-W-012 like qualification material shold be from API grade only.
Regards,
Darshan
