[MW:28638] API 1104 Internal Clamp and External Clamp

Dear  All,

External clamp and internal clamp WPS and PQR procedures are qualified with downhill process and uphill process respectively.  But one joint has welded with internal clamp following  all other variables as of external clamp WPS

Is this acceptable ? If yes , how can we justify ?

Pls help very urgent
