Re: [MW:28656] ER80S-D2 and ER80S-G selection- GMAW

Hi,

Greetings,

Why you are going for G?

What is your BM?

You are right G has lot of disadvantages where W.E has to quote the requirements between your company and supplier and again you have to get approval from your client, so its bit risky.

G maybe used for special purposes.

You are right with D2 and it is acceptable highly recommended as per your BM.

Thanks.

Among ER80s-D2 and ER80s-G , which one is better choice for GMAW auto welding  ?

I read that D2 is particular to eliminate porosities arising due to CO2 shielding gas
