All the answers will not be shown in ASME SECTIONS
ASME is a reference guide.
Required leg length, throat thickness, equal or unequal leg lengths, staggered welding or continuous welding, pitch for stitch welds all will be decided and confirmed by designers based on the loadings and design calculations 
ASME code will guide you how to do?
