[MW:28262] Re: TIG WELDING BY DC POWER SOURCE FOR ALUMINIUM WELDING

Aluminium welding with DCEN is very difficult. The best choice unfortunately is AC only.
You may get a weld with DCEN but not the quality of the welding joint.

Dear Experts
I have query on Aluminum welding.

Please conclude can I proceed Aluminum welding by DC power supply by negative polarity?

Reason is I have hole touchup on aluminum base metal, I am aware that aluminum welding is proceeded with AC power source only.

Please conclude any option available for welding?
