[MW:28289] Conflict between ASME Section IX clause QW 404.12 & WQ 404.33

Dear all

Kindly give your views on the interpretation of ASME Section IX clause QW 404.12 & WQ 404.33 when SMAW & GMAW process are concerned.

My point, as both the variables are same for Change in Filler metal classification, QW 404.12 is a supplementary variable while the QW 404.33 is non-essential variables.

There are additional information in QW 404.12 compare to QW 404.33 however focused point i.e. ''A change in the filler metal classification within an SFA specification'' is same.
