Dear Expert
I had run PQR are combine welding process is API 5L gr.X65 35 mm with PWHT ,
GTAW on root pass about 5 mm ,
FCAW are fill and cap 30 mm,
For impact test should be test as Root pass (GTAW) or not ? Ref. to ASME IX
