I following specification 
"Where specified in Contractor Standards or by Licensor, fabrication welds in Type 
321/321H or 347/347H stainless steels shall be subject to a thermal stabilization at 
910ºC±10ºC for 4 hours "

5. Code applied ASME 

problems: 2 side Bend test were broken 

Can some body know or  have experience  above problem
