 Hi everybody!
I have two PQR:
PQR 1: GTAW+ SMAW impact test at -28 degree Celsius ( SMAW use E7018); SMAW with back gouging.
PQR 2 SMAW+ SAW  impact test at -46 degree Celsius  ( SMAW use E7016-G); SMAW with back gouging.
Can I combine two PQR to make a WPS that SMAW+SAW (SMAW use E7018) and SMAW with gouging?
