1 - Did you do RT before mechanical tests?

2 - Could you provide any details about the breaking position (cap, middle, root, fusion line, weld metal, ...)? 

3 - Is there any defect visible in the broken area?

 when we carryout PQR for material A 312 TP 321 welding to  A312 TP 321 (pipe 8'' SCH 120)

1. Welding Process GTAW+SMAW

2.Welding consumable ER347+E347-16

3.Interpass max 175 oC

4.pwht :900 Celsius at 8 hours 

5. Code applied ASME 

problems: 2 side Bend test were broken 

Can some body know or  have experience  above problem
