[MW:21703] Materials Hardness range(min-max)value & relation between Hardness & UTS.

Dear Experts,

We are received ASTM A36M & A537 Cl1 plate materials for tanks fabrication.

At the time of gas cutting plate are automatically bend of the edge portion.

we are taken hardness for checking it's come very less (80-96 BHN).

ASTM A36 is silent about Hardness value.please provide the require Hardness value and it's what base & relation between Hardness & UTS.

Also,please explain why it will do, we are not get any valid reason to reject the plate, as per MTC all value me to ASTM requirement.
