[MW:21755] RE: Cracks hair line apprearing after welding hard facing electrode

Dear ,
 
Can please explain why hair line cracks are appearing after welding with ahand facing electrode
 
I have used a build up electrode  layer - 2
and 1 or two layers with hard facing electrode  a hair line crack at varius intervals.
 
I am informed that since it is hardfacing electrode hair line cracks will appear
