[MW:21673] Which is Suitable consumable (Filler wire and Flux) for SA 516 Gr 70 plate

Dear Expert 
Which is Suitable consumable (Filler wire and Flux) for SA 516 Gr 70 plate for Tank welding by Automatic Girth welding, SAW process.  No PWHT.
i have suggest EM12K - F7A8, Is it correct or wrong.
