For base metal T ia applicable and for weld deposit t is applicable.
So ur base metal qualified is 2T for all processes but 4 deposit is only 2t.

GTAW 10 MM
SMAW 40 MM
FCAW 50 MM

As per QW-451.1 note 3 , the SMAW, SAW, GMAW, PAW, and GTAW welding processes only; otherwise per Note (1) or 2 T, or 2t, whichever is applicable.
Can i use above clause for FCAW
