[MW:21255] ASME CODE FOR SELECTION OF ELECTRODE AND CURRENT,VOLTAGE HEAT INPUT.

Respected members,

                                    I need to know if there is any standard or code present for the selection of electrodes and filler wires for similar and dissimilar welds or we are moving on conventions.

Secondly, do we have any code that permits the current and voltage of during a welding process?
