HI, NO NEED TO DISQUALIFY.A welder will be disqualified/requalified if he is not weld any production welding for a six months period.if he is not welded during six monhs,he need to be requalified.But in your case it is happen sometimes in many companies.you can repair with the same welder or some other qualified welder.
